BUTTE-The Neighborhood Center for Emma Park will be built by the Human Resources Council.

The council is waiting for the green light from the USDAA to begin the construction bidding process.

This new brick building would be located on the northeast corner of Silver and Colorado Streets.

It will have a number of green features like rooftop solar panels, and an efficient heating system.

The Human Resources Council Services office will be located in the building to help the community with assistance.
