Dead body discovered on Billings West End

BILLINGS - The Billings Police Department and Yellowstone County Coroner's Office are investigating the death of man whose body was discovered Monday morning.

He was found near the Olive Garden restaurant on King Avenue and Grant Road.

Restaurant employees found the man lying on the ground south of the building around 7 a.m., Sgt. Jason Gartner with the Billings Police Department said. After medical crews arrived, they performed CPR on the man and determined he was dead.

The man's identity is unknown. The police department is waiting on a positive identification. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
