MISSOULA - After being convicted of two federal drug charges, Jason Washington will have to forfeit more than $230,000 to the government.
On Jan. 17, a Missoula jury found Washington guilty of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
These charges are in connection to Washington's former medical marijuana business Big Sky Health that was raided by federal agents in November of 2011.
Court document say Washington will have to forfeit at least $232,890.
His sentencing is scheduled for May 1.
