KALISPELL - Authorities have charged the first of several people, suspected of stealing $100,000 worth of equipment from a Kalispell business last month.
The Flathead County Sheriff's Department recovered various Glacier Stone Supply tools and materials from 29-year-old Christopher Hogard, who was charged this week with felony possession of stolen property.
No burglary charges have been filed against Hogard, in connection with the case at this point, but the investigation is ongoing.
The Sheriff's Department says they still have several other persons of interest in this case, but they have not been officially charged.
