HELENA - The Capitol is open again after a scare on Wednesday by a "suspicious" package that led to an evacuation of the state building and quarantine of a mail-handler.
Police are continuing their investigation and say they may have a lead on who sent the suspicious package to the governor's office.
The package is described as a towel wrapped in tape.
Officials are awaiting further testing before they speak to any suspects.
On Wednesday the article was taken to the state lab for testing and all tests were negative for hazardous materials.
Officials say that no one was injured in the incident and that the governor was not in the building at the time.
