A 20-year-old Butte man was sentenced for raping a girl that was 11 years old at the time.
Joseph McClanahan was sentenced to 30 years at the Montana State Prison with 15 of those years suspended.
He previously plead guilty to felony sexual intercourse without consent.
The victim reported that the incident took place in January 2010.
McClanahan was 17 years old at the time.
Court documents say the victim gave birth to McClanahan's child in October that same year.
He could be eligible for parole after successfully completing the state prison's sexual offender treatment program 1.
He could also be eligible for release from a pre-release center after he completes sexual offender treatment program 2.
