BUTTE - Law enforcement is looking for a Community, Counseling and Correctional Services inmate that walked away from the facility.
On Saturday, Shaun Capps, 34, submitted a breath sample to security staff that tested positive for alcohol. Capps said he needed a smoke but took off running from the CCCS building and into the street.
Authorities do not know what type of vehicle he could be driving or where he could be going.
Capps was serving a two-year sentence for felony stalking out of Lewis and Clark County.
He is described as having blue eyes and blond hair. Capps weighs 190 pounds and is 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue and green striped button-down shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Butte Silver Bow Law Enforcement at 497-1120.
