Butte Boys and Girls Sweep Belgrade Panthers

The Butte girls' basketball team cruised to a 72-53 opening night win over Belgrade, while the boys sweated out a 63-59 thriller at the Civic Center.
It was Terry Hauser's first win as head coach of the boys squad. The girls team was healthy for the first time in nearly a year, as coach Jeff Arnston endured five season-ending injuries and illnesses last season.
