Bullock announces more staff appointments

HELENA - Governor-elect Steve Bullock announced several more staff appointments Thursday.

Sheila Hogan will lead the Department of Administration. Hogan has been the executive director of the Career Training Institute in Helena since 1992.

Richard Opper will lead the Montana Department of Health & Human Services. He currently serves as the head of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. He previously held leadership posts at the Missouri River Basin Association and the Northern Lights Institute.
