Bozeman-based Sustainable Oils sold

BOZEMAN - Bozeman-based biofuel company, Sustainable Oils, has a new owner.
Global Clean Energy Holdings acquired 100 percent of the company, it was announced today.
Part of the deal includes 40 million shares of stock and $1,300,000.
Sustainable Oils generated more than $20 million in revenue in the past four years from its camelina operations, including camelina oil used for jet fuel.
Global Clean Energy Holdings is a U.S.-based multi-national company.
An executive with Global says estimates show Camelina-based sales can exceed $60 million over the next three years.
