Brent Ray Nelson, who has been wanted by the Great Falls Police Department and the Cascade County Sheriff's Office for several weeks, is now the focus of the most recent US Marshals' "Be On the Look-Out" (BOLO) alert.

Authorities report that Nelson has been involved in burglaries in Cascade County and numerous other counties across the state. There are two active felony warrants for Nelson's arrest.

Nelson has been known to drive a newer model red 4-door Toyota Tundra, which authorities believe is the same truck that was seen on surveillance video during a burglary in Black Eagle in December.

Nelson is 48 years old, 5 foot 11 inches, with reddish hair and hazel eyes; he was last seen in Great Falls on January 4th, and authorities say that he has absconded and is currently eluding law enforcement.

Nelson has multiple convictions for burglary, theft, and criminal mischief in several Montana counties, including Hill, Lewis & Clark, Missoula, and Ravalli.

On Thursday, the Great Falls Police Department announced that Nelson has possibly also been seen in a 2010 Ford F-150, white and silver in color, crew cab (4 door) with Cascade County license plates. Authorities have Information that leads them to believe that Nelson is still actively committing crimes in various areas of Montana.

Anyone with information about Nelson's recent activities or his whereabouts is asked to call the U.S. Marshals Service at (406)-247-7030, or their local law enforcement agency.
