Blackfoot Communications to acquire Cutthroat Communications in Bozeman

MISSOULA - Blackfoot Communications announced today that it will acquire Cutthroat Communications in Bozeman.

The integration process will begin immediately and is scheduled to be complete by the end of the year.

With this acquisition, Blackfoot Communications will serve multi-location businesses around the state.

Blackfoot Communications CEO Bill Squires explained the benefits to customers.

"They have a great deal of expertise, as well, that now will become part of our company very much for the benefit of our customers. We will be able to provide a great deal more services at competitive prices for our customers across the state and around the region," he said.

Squires adds that Cutthroat employees will be fully involved during the transition and will be added to the Blackfoot team once the acquisition is complete.
