Benefit planned to help Montana woman hurt in home invasion that claimed husband's life

PABLO - A benefit is planned to help the woman who was seriously hurt in last week's Dixon home invasion that claimed the life of her husband.

The Morigeau Family Benefit & Auction will take place on Wednesday, December 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Two Eagle River School in Pablo.

There will be Indian Tacos, an auction, raffles and a bake sale. Donations are also being accepted. Call (406) 675-0292 for more information.

Doug Morigeau was a long-time employee at the school where his wife also works.

Doug was stabbed to death last Thursday at his home on Montana Highway 212 and the suspect in the case, Nathan Calvert, 32, of Missoula, is charged with deliberate homicide and is being held on $1 million bond in the Sanders County jail.
