MISSOULA - A transient accused of raping a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old girl under the Reserve Street Bridge in July appeared in Justice Court Monday.
William Charles Stephens is facing two felony charges of sexual intercourse without consent after he allegedly befriended the two juveniles who ran away from a group home in Alberton.
