Authorities looking for man wanted by Montana Department of Corrections Probation and Parole

BOZEMAN - Bozeman police are asking people to be on the lookout for a moderate risk sex offender who is wanted by the Montana Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office in Bozeman for being non-compliant.

Richard D. Hinman, 49, has moved from his last known address in Livingston and his whereabouts are unknown at this time. He lived in Bozeman in the past.

Hinman was convicted of sexual assault in 1994.

He is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 140 lbs. with brown hair, blue eyes and possible facial hair.

If you know the whereabouts of Hinman you are asked to contact the Livingston Police Department at 222-2050 or the Bozeman Police Department at 582-2000.
