Anaconda Christmas Stroll kicks off Friday night

The Christmas season kicks off in Anaconda with the traditional Christmas Stroll.
A Christmas tree lighting and pictures with Santa Claus will be at Kennedy Common, the park located across the street from the Washoe Theater.
Main Street will be closed off for the community to come out and enjoy local shops and stores staying open later for shopping.
One lucky person will win a $750 dollar drawing and four $25 dollar gift certificates will be given away.
The Anaconda Christmas Stroll starts tonight at 6.
