HELENA - Montana voters are facing an incredibly long ballot with several statewide & local races and five ballot issues.
Montanans directly placed two of the five issues on the ticket through signature gathering and grassroots support.
The first, IR-124, refers a recently passed medical marijuana law to voters for approval/disapproval.
The second, I-166, is a policy statement which says corporations are not people with constitutional rights.
The Montana Legislature placed the other three ballot issues on the ticket.
LR-120 is a referendum which requires parental notification before a minor child can get an abortion.
LR-121 would deny state services to undocumented immigrants.
And lastly, LR-122 would prohibit the state and federal government from mandating the purchase of health insurance.
