MISSOULA - The man who prosecutors say sold a marijuana growing facility to Jason Washington will spend four years on probation.
Steven Sann was convicted of "conspiracy to maintain a drug involved premises."
Federal prosecutors say Washington, a Missoula business owner, had a marijuana growing facility near the Wye in Missoula. Washington was found guilty on two drug-related felonies earlier this year.
Sann was the original owner of that facility, but he then sold it to Washington for about $300,000.
Sann is also being investigated for a "cramming" scheme where he allegedly bilked cell phone customers from all over the country out of $70 million in bogus charges.
