MISSOULA - One of the suspects who is accused of ransacking several Missoula churches appeared in Missoula District Court on Monday for violating his probation.
Drake Anthony Hotzel received a three-year deferred sentence for theft back in June. But now, he's accused of not showing up to a meeting with his probation officer, smoking pot and for vandalizing Missoula churches - which are all violations of his probation.
Hotzel's co-defendant in the theft and church burglary cases, Jon Worcester, is also being accused of violating his probation.
Hotzel is scheduled to be back in court next week.
