Air Force helicopter makes emergency landing in North Dakota

A UH-1N Huey helicopter assigned to the 91st Missile Wing at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota made an emergency landing on Monday.

It landed in McLean County, ND, at about 10:45 a.m. on Monday.

A press release from officials at Minot AFB says that emergency responders were dispatched to the scene.

There were five people on board the helicopter, and there are no reported fatalities.

There is no indication at this time that anyone was injured.

The press release states authorities are investigating the incident, and that more information will be released as it becomes available.


(UPDATE, 4:30 pm) Minot AFB officials says that there are two reported minor injuries.
