Montana governor signs repeat DUI bill

HELENA - Montana Governor Steve Bullock (D) has signed a bill cracking down on repeat DUI offenders.
House Bill 355, sponsored by Representative Christy Clark (R - Choteau) and endorsed by Attorney General Tim Fox (R), extends the look back period for drinking and driving offenses.

Montana Legislature adjourns

HELENA - The 63rd Montana Legislature is officially over. Both the House and Senate adjourned Wednesday, but the end did not come without drama on the Senate side.
