Suspect in custody in connection with Helena area wildfires

HELENA - One person is in custody in connection with the fires that are burning northeast of Helena.
Lewis & Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton has not yet released the person's name or indicated what charges the person may be facing.

Man pleads to lesser charge in robbery of Helena pizzeria

HELENA - The man who tried to rob a Papa John's Pizza store in Helena in January, has agreed to a lesser charge.
David Randall Lacey changed his plea from robbery, to assault with a weapon, telling Judge Mike Menahan that he had a knife and threatened the store clerk that he would use it (More)
