Herman sentenced to 6 months probation for sexually assaulting child

GREAT FALLS - Bryan Herman was given a six-year deferred sentence for sexually abusing a young girl for years.

The military service member was charged last spring with sexual intercourse without consent.

Herman appeared in front of Judge Macek on Wednesday afternoon.
