Family Connections, a Great Falls childcare resource and referral agency, held a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony at their new location on Thursday.
In August, they moved from 600 Central Plaza to the new space, located on 2nd Street South, in the same building as The Breaks restaurant.
Kim Hawn, the director of the agency, describes the area as more open and friendly, and notes that it's also closer to more of the services that their clients need.
Hawn commented, "We help parents find and pay for childcare and we also help childcare providers on the professional development journey, meaning helping them get the training that is required every year to be a registered or licensed childcare provider.
Family Connections has been serving childcare providers since 1986.
It serves six north central Montana counties and employs 11 people.
