Man identified in Darby fatal crash

Ravalli County Sheriff Chris Hoffman has released the name of the man killed outside Darby earlier this week. 

The victim is Johnathan Worley, 37, of Darby. The Montana Highway Patrol says the accident happened on Monday at about 11:30 p.m. on Triple Creek Access Road.

Worley didn't make the curb and ended up rolling his jeep onto its side. He was partially ejected from the vehicle.

The Montana Highway Patrol reports that a 37-year-old Alabama man died after rolling his Jeep over just outside of Darby on Monday night.

The man was leaving a ranch just before midnight when he failed to negotiate a curb on Triple Creek Access Road and rolled his jeep onto its side. The man was partially ejected from the vehicle.

Authorities are still investigating the accident.
