One man died and another was critically injured following a one-vehicle rollover accident which happened near Big Timber.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the accident happened at around 11:20 Thursday night on Secondary 298, near mile marker 17.
We're told the vehicle carrying two men was northbound towards Big Timber when the driver lost control of the vehicle and over-corrected -causing the vehicle to roll.
The driver and the passenger were both ejected from the vehicle, and the passenger, a 42-year old Livingston man died at the scene.
The driver, a 44 year old Livingston man was air lifted to St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings and was listed in critical condition.
We're told they were not wearing seat belts and speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
